Employment Law Attorney Goldberg has represented both employers and employees in reference to numerous aspects of employment law. As a result of his experience in representing parties in employment cases, Mr. Goldberg has the unique ability to analyze each case from the perspective of both the employer and employee. Attorney Goldberg is a member of the Labor & Employment Law Committees of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association. Mr. Goldberg regularly reviews employment contracts, non-competition agreements and severance agreements. He has also assisted employers in the drafting of employee handbooks. In addition, Attorney Goldberg has represented both employers and employees in discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful discharge cases. Recently, Mr. Goldberg defended a publicly traded company against whom two age discrimination claims were made. These matters were resolved favorably to the employer prior to trial. |
